One ounce dark rum, one ounce apricot brandy, 1/2 ounce lime juice, 1/4 ounce orange liqueur, egg white from a fresh egg.  Combine all ingredients and mix vigorously in a shaker, then add 3-4 ice cubes and shake again.  Strain into a coupe glass.  This is a variation of a cocktail called the Apricot Lady.

There is no yolk in this cocktail!
